Here at The Eccentric City - The world's first dedicated eccentric newspaper - we are proudly offering a monthly rolling programme called the £1 Arts Commission (this is not a joke - we are serious about this!). Yes, we want to encourage the delights of eccentric behaviour, believing that huge amounts of money doesn’t always encourage the powerful force of eccentricity to manifest its full effect! The Eccentric City will give one £1 commission per month to the person or group with an idea it wishes to help make happen!
